We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item: Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email chelledigital@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges: If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay

• We strive to represent the best image our digital products. Please keep in mind that monitors differ and all products are printed on textiles that could have natural irregularities.

• Returns will be honored on faulty goods, or if the goods do not fit the description provided. All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

• Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide ChelleDigital@gmail.com with the shipment tracking number and photograph of damage.

• Goods damaged in transit will be replaced with exact item, or by agreement at our discretion at no additional cost.

• Refunds are not offered if you change your mind on your product purchase.

• Please contact us within 5 working days to discuss and authorize any return to chelledigital@gmail.com

• Chelle Digital reserve the right to cancel your sale and provide you with a full refund if the need arises.
